Vienza 2016 Primitivo with Matt Rice
Varietal: 100% Primitivo | Estate Wine
Appellation: Temecula Valley
Alcohol: 14.7%
Tasting Notes
Rich and bold with moderate acidity; on the palate a wonderful balance of ripe fruit, lively, but not aggressive tannins and a subtle note of cranberry that lingers on the finish.
Winemaker Notes
Primitivo comes to us from the Puglia region of southern Italy, but did you know that it’s a twin to California’s famous Zinfandel? They share the same DNA and like many siblings, have traveled different paths, both adapting to their new homes and developing slightly different character.
Food Pairing Notes
This is a perfect wine to pair with prosciutto or your favorite tomato-based pasta dishes.
Bolero 2016 Libido with Stevie Himmelright
Varietals: 60% Tempranillo, 35% Monastrell, 5% Garnacha
Appellation: Temecula Valley
Alcohol: 13.7%
Tasting Notes
Tiny wild strawberries and plums, red roses and leather on the nose. The palate is velvety and warm with a pleasant finish of gentle tannins and acidity.
Winemaker Notes
Since its first release, this wine more than any, is highly anticipated; this vintage of our delicious Spanish blend is definitely worth waiting for. Blends such as Libido are a staple in the Rioja of Spain.
Food Pairing Notes
Try pairing this wine with Manchego cheese, grilled or roasted lamb, and roasted vegetables.
Bolero 2017 Libido Blanco with Matt Rice
Varietals: 35% Verdelho, 25% Albariño, 25% Viognier, 15% Muscat Canelli
Appellation: Temecula Valley
Alcohol: 11.2%
Tasting Notes
The Muscat and Viognier provide an aromatic substrate over which the Verdelho and Albariño deliver intriguing notes of grass and fennel. The palate is gentle and pleasing with just a touch of sweetness opening this wine to a wide array of food pairing ideas.

Try it with shucked oysters, simple white fish or chicken recipes, or spicy Asian dishes.
Bolero Poco Rojo with Matt Rice
Varietals: 85% Red Moscato, 10% Tempranillo, 5% Garnacha
Appellation: Temecula Valley
Alcohol: 14.8%
Tasting Notes
Aromas of ripe wild berries and stone fruits macerated in spirit. On the palate it is juicy and sweet.
Food Pairing Notes
This is definitely your “surf and turf” paella wine. Enjoy chilled.
C'est la Vie Chardonnay with Matt Rice
Varietals: 100% Chardonnay

Tasting Notes
Complex nose of aromatics; pineapple, lemon cream and vanilla. Rich full body on the palate, creaminess, and bright acidity on the finish.
Food Pairing Notes
Pairs well with spicy fare as well as with classic creamy dishes such as fettucini alfredo. .
C'est la Vie En Vie with Matt Rice
Varietals: 40% Mourvèdre, 36% Syrah, 15% Grenache, 8% Cinsaut
Appellation: Temecula Valley
Alcohol: 13.5%
Tasting Notes
A bevy of red fruits greets you – ripe cherries, raspberry and strawberry preserves, laced with rich fragrant vanilla and hints of lightly toasted oak. Take a sip and the flavors continue to unfold, revealing deeper fruit nuances and subtle structured tannins with fresh tea leaf, mocha and wild dried herbs.
